Content Management System

I need a 7 page content management system completed within 13 hours. I have the admin panel design i want and the frontend design is completed. The site I need to have content managed is: <[login to view URL]~mech/> It is 7 pages and has two unique pages. One page is the portfolio: <[login to view URL]~mech/[login to view URL]> Admin will need the ability to upload unlimited pictures to the site via the admin panel. The admin panel will upload the image as a thumbnail and the larger image. And functionality must work like it does now. If a portfolio page exceeds 20 thumbnails the database will automatically generate page numbers to go to the next page of thumbnails.. The second unique page is: <[login to view URL]~mech/[login to view URL]> Admin will have the ability to add new sections to this page. The sections will include: 1. name 2. description 3 . image. Each section is completely in html and should be able to duplicate easily. It would be nice to have a sort order for each section, but this is not necessary or can be accomplished 24 hours after the 13 hour deadline. I have a web design company that requires ALOT of programming needs. I have no programmers and outsource ALL of my work. So do a good job with this project and I promise you a steady flow of work. I have 3 programmers that I pay every week and work exclusively for me. I am looking for 3 more and have 3 projects that havent even been started yet. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
