I have a requirement for a customer database system.
This system will need to keep track of customer details, purchases for each customer and also any details of issues that arise with that customer. The type of program I am looking for is similar to that of an existing system called Customer Database Pro, a demo of which can be downloaded at <[url removed, login to view]>. It is not necessary to have the same user interface but the software must be simple to use.
This is a simple database system that should be an easy project for any coder that knows what they are doing. The system must support industry standard DBF formats and support Win 95/98/ME/2000/XP operating systems.
The system must have multi-user functionality and be able to be simply downloaded and installed. Reports must be able to be defined using tables and fields from the system and able to be created to suit the customer's needs.
I also require that the system have the ability to have an in-built context-sensitive Windows Help system. Also required is a working demo of the program that users can download and trial the software, however this must have a restriction on the number of records able to be added.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
