Debug online booking system

De-bug an online booking system which was built but never used as it had some major flaws. Namely it doesn't send confirmation emails out correctly and doesn't always include or update the relevant details. The system is to take bookings (but not payments) for training courses. The site has the area where courses can be searched for and bookings made and an admin area where they can be created and managed. The system can be viewed at <[login to view URL]> In addition to fixing the problems we would like the coder to swap the page design used from the old version to match the new one.
