Dell Outlet script(repost)

I Require a standalone tool which acts as a scanner on the dell outlet website for new systems listed and auto grab machines which fall within a certain spec. It must also be able to log the machines into another window even if it doesnt autograb so i can see what was available. It must also have the ability to auto grab the machines and send me an email informing me of basket info so i can purchase them if required. Here is some info my friend gave me on his tool if it helps..... "My scanner is a dedicated application with a side-window that acts as a browser. In that side-window you set up what you want to scan for exactly as you would manually. The rest of the scanner dictates what machines to ignore, what price level to auto-grab at.
