Directory needed for established website

I simply need a directory coding for my existing website, it needs to be a comprehensive directory listing basically with similar (not identical) categories & sub categories to DMOZ etc, so that websites of all types (excluding Adult, illegal or hate related) can be submitted. I would like users to be able to create a user account, submit their name & email address & select a password, and then have their link automatically added into the relevant category. I would also be interested to find out if there is a way to insert my google adsense code into the directory, so I do not have to do it manually. The successful bidder will have first opportunity to quote me for future coding of a similar but more extensive nature.
