**Introduction:**
We seek a small console application which is capable of extracting “blocks?? of C# example code from a set of unstructured html web pages. The web pages will be of varying formats and structures and will only have in common that they do, or do not contain C# source code.
Detailed requirements information is contained in the attached document, "[login to view URL]".
We are new to Rent-A-Coder but excited to get this work completed in a timely fashion.
***Please note the focus of this contract is the algorithm which parses and retrieves structured C# syntax blocks from varying formats of HTML. GUI's presentation and usability are not at all important to us. This source code, if acceptable will be taken and applied to a larger project. (Some of which will be posted here).
***Note****
All bidders,
We are excited to get this project under way. However, in order to insure that the scope of the project is fully understood by the bidding parties, we require the following to be submitted with each bid:
1) This project is a textual information extraction project. We have with our specification document provide one way in which we believe this can be accomplished, via the regular expressions provided. However, we have tested and found this approach to be lacking, scoring much less then 90% accuracy with our test group.
2) In order for you bid to be considered you must submit the following:
a. Explain the approach you would use and why you feel it would end with higher then 90% accuracy.
b. How the solution would be generic enough to be applied to new and changing test groups.
In addition, we are opening the bidding to include bids higher then $250.00.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
