database conversion

I have an ancient (10 years old) database written in Foxpro for Windows that has been migrated to both Access (mdb) and Filemaker Pro. I need to have this data converted to any modern format that I can easily use. This could be Access, Filemaker, or whatever you suggest. The database has about 10,000 records with (I think) only a few indexes. It is not really complex and was designed to keep track of photographic negatives and color slides for a professional photographer (me). It is important that the data be transferred correctly and is not corrupted. What I need are essentialy one basic data entry screen, a search screen that lets me use any of 12-15 parameters, and a few report screens (full & abbreviated). I have screen shots of the original database that I could email or fax to you so that you can understand the structure and I am available to answer questions at any time. I will be glad to start with a basic funtioning "new" database and then get changes later on as they are needed. By the way, this does not have to run over a network (although that might be usefull) and definitely is for private use only -- will never be on the web.
