co . reg . campaign

I am interested in getting a domain name and host,sending customers to the site where they will be directed via link to purchase something on a free trial marketing strategy.I think this is how it works! I want to use [login to view URL] and autoresponseplus to set up the co reg campaign. I do not have a domain name as yet and I am assuming that in order for all of the above to work then I need [login to view URL] this create and save a contact list for me to use in the future?
