CodeIgniter PHP application for user profiles

We are developing a website based on CodeIgniter 2.0, PHP and MySQL. We are looking for a developer who can create a CodeIgniter PHP application with these functions (no CSS styles or HTML layouts needed - only PHP code - controllers, models and simple views): - User registration and profile creation with photo-storing data in MySQL database - Facebook integration - ability to import picture, profile info and friends from Facebook. - Show user's profile page with all information - Ability to connect to other users (create friends) and show friends on profile page - Ability to send messages to other users - Groups creation and joining - Ability to show on profile activity of the friends (optional)
