Adult webcam site (part 1 for kleelof )

Live PPV (pay per view) / PPM (pay per minute) webcam site . I need a web application / website similar to [login to view URL] (example / ideea) , but unique , original . I am not interested in existing platforms (such as [login to view URL] for example) , this project must work as described into the attachment of this project . So basicaly you will need to build this application from zero . I've posted a similar project a while ago here on freelacer , but i decided to be more patient and put all things together and create a more complete project . Now its all set and ready to go . Please review the entire documentation for this project (attached to it) . I would rather prefer few words about the project , and solutions than standard messages about your work or portfolio .
