Advanced Membership Based Video Powered Website

We need a high end website built that will be a membership based training and educational portal using numerous self improvement and educational flash videos. Complete site creation and programming needed. MUST have high proficiency in this type of media and applications. Consumers will be able to sign in under a unique? username and password? and view multiple educational categories and videos which they can select for their viewing. They should be able to enter in search terms to bring up all result videos that apply. Requires creative ideas and knowledge of creating an effective membership based site with optimized video content. Ideally we would like a system built where the loading of the videos will be simple to maintain...as we will be doing so on a regular basis. Must have knowledge in hosting flash video and cost effective solutions in doing so. We would also like to have a "free zone" area where we would utilize the Tuveo system for video search and viewing...so that member and non members and search the internet for videos. ## Deliverables We are seeking the right designer/programmer to make this program a great success. Clearly cost effectiveness is the goal with superior design look and the best functionality and program possible. In short... this is a website that provides education and training via videos. Majority of the content is only available to members...with a preview version available to guest. We would also like a free zone which will utilize the Truveo program to search the internet for random videos that run on the independant sites. The site needs to have high quality video programming...with the ease of functionality and design as viewed in the Zeop Media Engine type example. We will need a message board and video ranking system integrated into the site as well... with the ability to have some pages featuring articles, and various other content.
