Banner Fading to White on the Right

Hello RAC's I need a simple banner that fades to white on the right hand side to go at the top of this site: [login to view URL] I want it to integrate well with the white background so it can also have a transparent background if you think that's best. ************************ Here's a sample of what I'm referring to. It is at the top of the W3SCHOOLS site. [login to view URL] ************************ Just like the W3 schools site, just replace the people using the PC with my picture in the suit from here: [login to view URL] Reduce my size and crop me out and reverse the picture so I am leaning to your right when you are looking. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ NOTE: THIS IS A SMALL PROJECT TO HELP ME FIND A RAC TO DO ALL OF MY BANNERS FOR ALL OF MY SITES. I WILL HAVE COMPANIES THAT SPONSOR MINE AND THEY WILL NEED BANNERS CONSTANTLY TO DISPLAY ON MY SITE. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU KNOW FLASH AS WELL IN ORDER TO CREATE BANNERS.
