Christian Joomla Website/ Pagina Cristiana Hecha en Joomla

Hello, Im in the process of creating a Christian Website. This website is aimed for the Latino Community and must be done in spanish. Guests should be able to register and join the community. The Front page should be a fantastic piece of art done in photoshop and flash. The whole entire site must be done in spanish. I have yet to find a domain name for it. As Far as the Design goes: Front Page - It should have Jesus and the background should be the galaxy which is here as the attchment. Flash Buttons Other Pages - Galaxy Background, No more flash buttons, just regular JPG buttons. Components/Modules that I want active: A Newsletter Section ( Module ) FAQ Section Video Section (Admins Area, use to upload videos for our use and to publish to members area. ) Audio Section (Admins Area, use to upload audio for our use and to publish to members area. ) Live! Section (This section will be linked to our gotomeeting or radiotalk service to host our weekly sessions.) Calendar Section (Joomla Module ) Affiliate Module ( I would like to add banners, advertisement around my site and should be kept to a limited extent. I dont want my site to look like a store. ) Read For Joy (Article Section that I can update and add more interesting articles (ex. bible passages, positive motivational information, etc. Logo: I will also come up with a name eventually and will need a logo develop. So you will develop my logo once I come up with the domain name and an idea of how the logo should look like. Donations: I will also need a section on the front page where people can click and donate using Google Checkout or Paypal. Step by Step Intructions: I will need a simple guide you wrote to help me learn how to add videos, music, articles, add my weekly newsletter, calendar and Affiliate using my site. This should be done and completed and it is the scope of this project. I have knownledge in Joomla but the guide will help in case I have a question and you are not around I will refer back to my manual you wrote either in spanish or english is fine. Additional Information: Project Deadline: Project should be completed within 2 months. Project cannot be outsource and experienced is required. Must be able to speak and read spanish, understanding of graphic design, flash and Joomla. Samples: Samples of what you believe our Joomla Christian site should look like will be considered for potential candidates and will move up to our list of winning bidder. Payment: No Upfront payments whatsoever. So please don't ask or bid if you expect any percentage up front. Bidders with no feedback will be considered last.
