We are seeking someone with solid Flash action script skills to finish a flash tool for uploading images to our site. The current tool has the correct look to match our site, so no design is needed. At present, this tool is not working reliably - some images display fine, others do not. I do not think that it is using an effective process to load and scale images and the code that does this probably needs to be replaced. This tool needs to be able to convert all common image types (JPG, PNG, TIFF, GIF, BMP) and scale them to a t-shirt (the tool does not need to permit resizing, the scaling will be a constant %, with a maximum size displayed of 10 x 17). It then needs to be able to save the image location (x,y coordinates) in the MySQL DB and associate them with a product #. I also must be able to be able to handle double-sided shirts. Files for front and back would need to be distinguished in the upload process. The critical thing is that the tool be able to handle a variety of image sizes, file types, and resolutions reliably and to process them quickly. The attached ZIP file has the partially completed version of the Flash for you to examine. You will need the current version of Flash to open this file.
