Digital/Electronic Signature Capture and Contract system

I need a way for users to be able to sign contracts digitally and have their signatures saved. Ideally we will preset the variables (changing per each client) like Name, Address, Company Name, etc... Then we will provide a link to the unique contract id that we will e-mail to the client, they will digitally sign it (with their mouse) and then submit the contract, the signature will save and the contract will save to the database with the signature along with an e-mail notification that the contract was signed and a review link so the admin can review that it was signed and such, then sign it themselves and file the contract into the archives... I also need time and date the contract was signed and IP address stored somewhere on the contract... I assume Flash will be used for this but an open to any other technology suggestions. I need to be able to easily modify the contract (assuming it will be created in HTML and I can put in variables lile {client_firstname} {client_lastname} {client_address} {project_total} {project_deposit} and so forth... Please bid price and TIMEFRAME to complete the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Open to suggestions
