BIDS ABOVE $70 IGNORED - Fix some small errors in newly installed phpVibe template + add ability to upload other formats on website - repost

I have errors in my newly installed template phpvibe. Someone who has experience can probably fix these in half an hour. 1 - When I browse Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/hecticated/public_html/app/classes/[login to view URL] on line 30 2 - When I try to log in or log out Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/hecticated/public_html/app/classes/[login to view URL]) in /home/hecticated/public_html/app/[login to view URL] on line 95 3 - Uploading links to other videos seems to work fine - but uploading your own videos gives me Internal Server Error 500 4 - I would like to be able to publish other formats too - such as .avi .mkv etc 5 - On certain links, my logo does not appear (just needs to be copied into the right directories from the mane page '[login to view URL]' 5 - General testing of the sites features and any error messages fixed.
