Batch image splitter - cropper - straightener - namer

If you have ever seen collector cards eg, sports, x-men, movies. Collectors put them in 9 card sleeves. I have scanned some of these cards in their 9 card sleeves.

I need a software application built that can split the A4 scanned Image of 9 cards into 9 separate images refining them so they are straight & cropping them to the outer edge of each card.

Then I require being able to batch name them all & batch name folders full of scans.

## Deliverables

I would also require extra image controls or functionality built in to further finesse certain images which may be harder for the app to pick up perhaps like semitransparent cards or cards with edges that are close to white as the sleeves background, & also to choose quality levels etc

Note: Not all sleeves have 9 cards in them either.
