We require the development of a trading platform on which the public can be able to advertise items that they are selling, like second hand furniture or laptops for free. The selling party may choose to have their adverts highlighted at a fee. The site should be easy to operate in terms of posting the add with up to 5 pictures and must be accessible in all major platforms. The posting of an ad will lead to an automated registration using an email address. A payment system should be built into the platform for those who choose to highlight their adverts. The website should host a commercial advertising section on the right hand site of the platform. These will be corporate adverts like Nike or Coca Cola. The seller will be contacted by the buyer directly without the intervention of the platform. Please provide a time estimate as well as the estimated time.
