Build a Website

I want someone to make a fully functional website for financial trading. The website should display live rates of NSE (National Stock Exchange) and MCX (Multi Commodity Exchange). Rates should be instant live without any second of delay. New users should be able to sign up as traders and start demo trading and practice their trading strategies without a risk of loosing real money. The designing of website should be attractive, and rates of all shares and commodities should be available. After login with user name and password a user must be able to setup his own MarketWatch (A list of shares whose prices trader want to see on the page) Price should be displayed on page in such a way that there should not be any requirement for refreshing page to see latest prices. They should be auto updating the prices to show the current rate. It will be like a trading game where traders will practice their trading on demo money but real rates. And they will be ranked on website to show their trading history and performance. I want someone with prior experience in stock market and in related project. If find suitable i can give a part of equity to the developer for long term association in the project. Its a venture to be started by a team a of traders, we are member of nse and mcx too but would like to start some new ventures in trading linked techno logy.
