Create Work Out LOG in PHP for PHPFOX

need a script to add as a module to my existing social networking web site in phpfox. I need to have a Workout log with Interval timer. Please find below the requirements: 1) Users Must be able to add a custom excersise. users must be able to Set Goals for excersises 2) Users Must be able to Set and track the progress of Goals (reach 165lbs) ( Bench 225 for 3 reps) 3) users must be able to Quickly enter in what excersice there are doing, Weight, Sets, reps. to record workout data and view last logs 4) Timer. with Interval settings With the timer feature, it will count down until your next set keeping you on track with your workout 5)Set a goal for every exercise and follow your progress Such a program is available at [login to view URL] I want something Similar with a different user interface, but it could give you a good idea of the type of data to be entered
