Custom clothing design application for existing web site

I have a website; http://www.speedwear.com. I need to create an application that would allow a customer to design their own wrestling singlet.

Please click on the links and spend some time using the design tools to get a better idea of the kind of functionality we would like to utilize. Instead of t-shirts, we would like to offer our users a blank singlet outline that they can customize by either adding graphics provided by us or uploading their own.
