Customization of wordpress theme

I have a wordpress theme and I also have my graphic designer who has designed a jpeg file with how the modified wordpress theme needs to look like. You just need to replicate the modifications and make the wordpress theme look exactly like the way it is in the jpeg file. It also involves redoing the logo.. the logo has also been replicated in the jpeg file. This work should not take more than 2 hrs for a good wordpress programmer. I have the psd files of the modifications. Only the header and the footer needs to be changed. It is an urgent requirement, needs to be completed today.
