Design of Wordpress Website + Banner

There are 2 parts to this project. First, you need to design a logo / banner for my new website. The website name + tagline + design guidelines will be provided. I'm looking to have an eye-catching design in Web 2.0 style. After the logo / banner has been designed and approved by me, we'll then move on to the 2nd part: You will design a simple WordPress powered website around this banner. The banner will be across the top of every page with matching graphical elements such as a buttons bar for different sections of the page. There are 6 sections to this page. You just need to set up the "shell" of the website using WordPress and I'll input the content in myself accordingly. The key is that this WordPress powered website should look professional, and the design should blend into the logo / banner of the website. Thank you! ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. 4) If you use any stock photographs or graphics, you must be licensed to use them. ## Platform N/A
