Directory, Heavy Database, Cron Email, Site-Manager Integrat

Start-up. Database heavy. Existing software that needs tested and a few new data intensive features added. This site needs another visionary and someone that has an eye for user ease. The work includes adding information from the database to profiles, creating an additional module, modifying the price structures, update calendar, cleaning up the skin, renaming pages, reorganizing data appearance, adding pages and link to them (some with templates if they still work), upload email addresses. Testing and discovering any issues; some of the current site may require changes, adding items or services in order to function smoothly. Currently using Directory Software. We only have one open source license so the work must be completed onto the server through a group permission. The software has 3 areas; user/profile area, account/advertising area and site manager. The advertising posting has 3 levels; basic, premium and showcase. (They have a 1st page & error page) There are various modules including listings, classifieds, events, articles and banners. cPanel 11.25 / CentOS 5.8 / Apache with mod-rewrite / PHP 5.2 / MySQL 5+ / cron jobs / OpenSSL / GD 2+ Image libraries / SSH / Openbase_dir / cURL Enabled / JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) Experience with event email preferred. Experience with price levels or shopping carts a plus but not required. You need to understand linux permissions, groups and [login to view URL], etc. These are just the first tasks of Phase 1, once we find someone comfortable, talented and experienced enough to do these, this should lead into an endless amount of work. Paid by the job, not hourly. No brokers please. You must speak fluent English. Available now or have developers that are available now.
