auto responder and word template

We need two templates one for microsoft 'word' and the other as an autoresponder e-mail. The e-mail will be sent to acknowledge people advertising and giving them the information they need to activate their listing on the site and for general enquires using microsoft outlook. We already have the design made out, it is simply two colours and our logo. We want you sort out the technical details of how it is done from the php end.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
