Alterations to Wordpress template, both CSS and PHP

Need changes made to an existing wordpress theme, also need some database queries run and custom displaying of these. Footer added to the website which is driven by the events table in the database, Testimonials page layout fixed, moving of buttons on page. Newbies are welcome, however i expect work to be delivered within timeframes and to a high quality standard
