BUILD A TYPO3 DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT from backup

Our website and webshop are built on TYPO3. We now want to have a dedicated development environment for our own use so we can try out a few ideas without breaking the LIVE site.
We need a LAMP developer / engineer with (some) TYPO3 understanding.
We will provide:
1. a .tgz backup file with the full /var/www tree as supplied by our hosting company.
2. a [login to view URL] of the database.
The supplier will deliver the working environment in a [login to view URL] snapshot. We will consider the job done when we can access the copy in the vps at digital ocean and make some changes. The paymentprovider setup need not to be working.
This is the startjob for a full overhaul of our site. We want to build a number of features in the next 4 months. The supplier can expect to have more jobs in the near future.
Restrictions:
- backend access to LIVE system is NOT possible.
- if you cannot work with [login to view URL]: DO NOT APPLY.
- PLEASE quote you hourly rate for follow-up jobs.
- Suppliers with TYPO3 experience will be preferred.
