Build a social network on buddy press to integrate into an existing website

We are looking for a freelancer/company to build us our own social network. We have a moderately sized database of athletes who engage at our events, for whom we want to generate online profiles for and create our own brand specific social network to allow them to share profiles, receive content from us and engage in conversations with one another. In short, we need our own online community that we can moderate and steer. Profiles should be able to feature video, pictures and text that our members can upload and personalise - however with us retaining the ability to populate all profile pages with content of our own. Successful applicants will have already proven they have built social networks on the buddy press or similar platform that meets the needs of our job request. Within this appointment, there is scope for longer-term work as we expand the network once built.
