Convert Drupal 6.x theme to 7.x

I am working with an organization that is setting up a new website. They bought a Drupal theme/template they liked ([url removed, login to view]) which was designed for 6.17. They really want to use Drupal core 7.x, however, and asked me to help find someone who can upgrade/convert the theme to work virtually flawlessly with 7.x. It's not a very complex theme or site, so I'm hoping this should be a small project.
All I need are the new and revised files for the theme. Since this will be a new site from scratch, there are no concerns regarding existing content or database. Looking for someone with experience converting/developing Drupal themes as I need to get this as soon as possible.
