Convert PHP Website Into XHTML & Make Validate

A client has a website and at the moment it is written in PHP. The website doesn't validate and throws out around 50 errors per page. We're looking to convert the site to static XHTML, written in Transitional XHTML. We're happy with the design and would like to leave the look exactly the same. The only structural changes we would like are to change a few menu options, nothing big. This should be a very simple job for someone. The site can be viewed [url removed, login to view]
