Create a Wordpress Dashboard Widget

I would like a custom wordpress dashboard that contains entries for specific page elements and modules using the Elegant Themes "Divi" theme. For example, the user can upload a picture via an upload box on the dashboard and it populates a specific page's image field with that picture. There is a picture idea below. *This has to work with the Divi theme. *This has to work with multisite and act independently on each sub. *I should be able to add or remove fields from the widget to give more or take away access. It's a simple idea, and should be able to be done quite quickly with knowledge of the Dashboard Widgets API. It should only take a very small amount of time.
