Blog and Ping Automated Tool Needed

I need an application that duplicates this service. [login to view URL] It is an automated way to Blog and Ping as described here. [login to view URL] Basicaly what it does is blogs 3 or 4 pages of your website about 4 times an hour using [login to view URL] and then sends a ping command to Yahoo and other sites letting them know there are new blogs. The ping command would also go out four times an hour. This app would need to ability to crawel my websites in order to be able to blog and ping each one of them. I would also need the ability to do this on many websites. I would like this to be a server based application. Preferably in PHP. I can provide more details on the manual blog and ping procedures for those that are interested in this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
