Blogger News Project

I am new to rentacoder and not a techie. Please do bear with me. Here is what I need : 1) A software that shall crawl any given website fully and successfully. This can be in PHP and I can have it installed any of my servers for load balancing. 2) On ANY blog account i.e. blogger, wordpress etc. it should be able to get the daily news of the day on any given keyword of my choice (from google, yahoo, msn) and post them as blogs at given time intervals specified by me. EXCEPT - the title tag that should be there should be one of my pages and NOT the extracted google / yahoo news URL. That's where the crawler that I mentioned, comes in handy ;) I should also have the option of bringing in multilingual news. Let's say French or whatever. 3) The software should ping these directories whenever I want them to. Specifically a time frame should be great. (like [login to view URL]). A Server-side program should be definitely worth it since I am not interested in wasting my own bandwidth ;) For an experienced coder I believe this to be a relatively easy and painless job and I think it will be quite an achievement when it is completed. I look forward to a prospering and fruitful relationship. I wish to have only people that understand my need reply and bid. Others would please excuse this time. Please do mention the costs involved, I'd like to get started immediately. There shall be no delay in accepting the work and payment. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP Server Side Preferably.
