A Very Simple CMS

I need a simple CMS built. The main functions needed are: 1) Login page: No special encryption needed. Just for user to login to an admin area with username and password. 2a) Catalog: admin area (add, edit, delete, view all, access only for logged in users). 2b) Catalog: front-end (categories, individual item info, paging, bread crumbs to see sections, no transaction, image upload to server, image resize). 3a) Events Calendar: admin area (add, edit, delete, access only for logged in users) 3b) Events Schedule: front-end (something like this: [login to view URL]) 4) Contact page: contact box for site users to send enquiries. Upon pressing submit, information will be sent to an email address, and also stored in database. For more details, please refer to attached PDF file with more detailed requirements listed out. a) You can work in either PHP or JSP, with MySQL. Its okay whether you want to work in PHP or JSP, it depends on which you are more comfortable with. Please suggest if you have other ideas. b) After coding, you also will integrate the functions onto our html pages (they are static), and onto the server. Thank you for your interest in the project. Cheers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must work in all browsers.
