Unregistered users and registered users will be able to vote for the answers and only one vote will be allow per visitor for every post. Voting will be open for 30 days for each post answers. No more answers can be posted after 30 days. I will pay users by paypal. Users will be able to embed videos and pictures into their questions and answers. Users will be able to upload pictures into their questions and answers. Google adsense ads will be used for earning revenue for this website. Registered users will be able to private message each other. When a user receives a private message, he will receive an email notification. When I the administrator, login to my account, I will be able to see the users who have accumulated $20 and I will click on the paid button once I have paid them. Their username, email, paypal email address will be present.
