Application to install basic Apache/MySQL/PHP automatically from a CD

We are making a web based application (using PHP and MySQL) and we need to produce a stand alone demo version to run on PCs running windows. We need to launch the web application in a browser automatically when a user inserts a CD for which we need to run a web server on the user's PC so that the application can be launched by localhost. Looking for a person who can write an executable application which can configure an Apache server, PHP and MySQL to run from a CD, using port numbers that aren't normally used. Add a batch file to install the few directories that need to be writable on the user's PC, and to kick off the services / daemons. Please see the attached file for an example describing a way to do the above requirement. Kindly bid only if you are confident and will be able to deliver the application in 2 weeks time.
