Application to launch Items onto Amazon.com marketplace

We are in need of a small application that will be the starting point for a bigger project, if we get good results. The application will let the user set up Listings to be launched onto [login to view URL] marketplace. The bidder should have a prior working knowledge of the [login to view URL] platform/ product feed specifications laid out by Amazon. The project will need to be built using Java, Mysql running on Tomcat server. The attached document contains more detailed specs of what we are looking for. We are looking for serious coders only, so please don't waste our time if you do not have the necessary skills or are not an individual developer. Thanks.
