The only way to integrate the various payment methods is to use Sagepay or PayPal etc Using those payment gateways a client would pay the market going rate plus commission at the time of purchase. The market going rate will be determined by the various exchanges used to purchase the coins for the client, there will be a commission set by yourselves. This whole process will be take place by using accounts set up with exchanges, using the Private API functions of the various exchanges directly. So there can be automatic buy orders placed in the market for the amount of Bitcoins the client wants to buy. The price can be set using an average price of the buy orders in the market this will help ensure that the price you sell to your clients at will always make you a profit. Using the clients Bitcoin address the Bitcoins will be automatically deposited. In order for something like this to work, you would need a pool of existing bitcoins OR a partner that can supply bitcoins on demand. If that is in place, you would have a simple web/mobile application that users can access. They create an account, add billing info, and confirm their email. Once their account is setup, they will have the option to purchase the bitcoins with their credit card. They enter either a dollar amount they would like to purchase or a total amount of bitcoins they want. For example, they can choose to purchase 2 bitcoins. The system will automatically adjust their checkout price according to the most recent trading price of bitcoin. Once they are ready to checkout, they continue. The system will send a request to the backend API to charge their card for the total amount the system generated based on recent trading price. If the card is charged successfully, the system will automatically send the bitcoin to their wallet they have on file. The system will have no limits, it will accept all major credit cards, and will be very secured. In the terms and conditions, you'd need to specify the user cannot attempt a charge back once the transaction is complete or you'd get ripped off. The site would profit TREMENDOUSLY if you have a mobile version.
