Control / Operation of an elevator

My project is about the control/operation of an elevator in a four story building which is incorporated as a Gui. And i want to be able to do the following: (1) When button four is pressed and the elevator is at floor one, i want the elevator to stop a floor two and floor three before it gets to floor [login to view URL]'s a Timer/clock method i think. (2) Also when the buttons are pressed i want the audio file to say hello and welcome. For Example the user presses button one the audio file will say welcome to floor one, if button two is pressed for the second floor the audio will say hello and welcome to floor two etc... (3) Also if it is possible to light up the buttons when they are pressed by the user. (4) Is it possible to set an alarm or trigger (sensor) which indicates that there is a fire. So for example if the lifts heat goes higher than 250 degrees the alarm is set of and the lift goes straight to the bottom floor. (5) Also if the lift is idle for a duration of time lets say 60 minutes the lift will automatically go to the bottom floor which is floor one. (6) For the lift to sensor passengers weight. For example 8 persons max in lift,9th person gets on lift to heavy. Lift stops and says lift too heavy 9th person wait for next lift. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Window XP.
