Create a modal window using Fancybox to display a video rendered by FlowPlayer

We are looking for a coder to help us create a pop out modal window using Fancybox code- containing a video to be played in FlowPlayer. We have a static HTML page with video background image - when users click on this image the Fancybox should open, and the video should play. The Fancybox can be closed by the user using normal control buttons. The Video must be centred horizontally on the page when. Only bid on this project if you have previous experience in this field.
