very simple program needed -- no multilevel feedback queues, no multithreading.

I've already written some of the code. But I have very little Java experience. I would like to use as much of the code as possible that I've already written. I have three project files; a main program class, a scheduler class, and a process class.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
