Hello, As per our understanding.. we have to create a script like login via facebook...As you have a site 1 and if the user want to register on site 2 using the site 1 then on site 2 there will be a button or link in which he will pass the api code and pin number and whne user click on it then he will be redirected on site 1 and enter their login details their and once user will submit login details then all user details will be sent back on site 2.
