Active Record DBA (PHP, mySQL)

I have PHP and mySQL code I need optimised for Active Record as well as general Database Administration on my site. I have existing code on my site that I need translated from mySQL to Active Record. You need to be an expert in Active Record to do this work and you need to prove it to me. Once you prove yourself I will give you a test job (which I will pay for) so you can prove you can do the work through the application of your skills.
