Adobe Acrobat 7 expert needed

I need a person with a strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat 7 and Javascript. This should be a very easy project for an expert or intermediate. The job requires the creation of two seperate interactive forms which will be combined. Both forms will consist of 10 questions. Also, note you are essentially building a template. I wish to be able to use Adobe livecycle Designer 7.0 to edit and re-edit(the template of the pdf). Here are the specifics: I need the questions to be validated where the person filling out the form receives instant feedback(1st form) or delayed feedback(2nd form). In the first interactive form template, they receive feedback(correct or incorrect) on their answer by clicking on a "check answer" button. In the other interactive form, the user will verify answers by clicking a button and verifying all the inputted answers. Thank you for your consideration K.
