Advanced visitor counter

Hello! I need a rather advanced visitor counter. Features in this counter that I need: -Multiple users should be able to create their own counter easy. It's rather important that this is easy, like a oneclick feature, then they get the code to integrate in their site, and username and a password for checking statistics. -The counter should be possible to integrate into a users website, by php, javascript etc. -The counter should log the visits into a mysql database. -The counter should only read visitors from one site, so the users cant put the link on multiple sites and still record visitors. -A statstics side, which can show what days they had the most visitors etc. So in shorther words, a visitor counter which can be integrated into any site on the internet, both by php and javascript code! Multiple users, simple creation of a counter for users!
