Amazon S3 FLV Player Creator & Uploader

I want a desktop PC software that allows you to select an encoded FLV file on your hard drive, build a video SWF player, this one is perfect <[login to view URL]>? to use and is open source,? others at <[login to view URL]> if needed, but prefer JW player. Allow you to pick autoplay or click to play and displays the first frame of video when stopped, connects to an users AMAZON S3 account, and uploads the FLV, [login to view URL] file, javascript it creates to play the FLV and an HTML page in a folder, uploads that entire folder to S3 in a designated bucket the user chooses, then prompts user to unlock the uploaded files changing the ACL to read, then creates the HTML code that allows you to paste on any webpage or blog making the video player and FLV stream on that page. This should be easy for any programmer who knows how to interface with Amazon S3, knows Flash video players, Javascript for FLV and can make a code generating desktop application.
