Auction to Joomla 1.5 website, including register and login

We want to extend our Joomla 1.5 website ([login to view URL]) with Web auctions. We need for this: Advanced user registration and login extension, were user need to register: User name Password Company name Organisation number First name Last name e-mail adress Telephone number Mobile telephone number Adress lines. Captcha Check box to confirm agreement with our conditions. User registration has to be manually confirmed by us and a automatic generated password should be supplied. All users with full details have to be stored automatically in our joomla site. We also need a login system with redirects if wrong password is typed etc. The auction module should enable bidding on-line, expiry time, extended bidding after expiry time reserved auctions (with [login to view URL]) and non reserved auctions. All should be functionable in three languages, compatible with Joomfish. We want a complete proposal with examples or similair work. We will supply an off-line copy of our website. All should be ready in 14 days.
