Auto Bidding Tool

**Requirement ??" Auction tracking and auto-bidding tool** There are several websites where you can purchase products at discounted prices by bidding on auctions (similar to eBay but not the same). These websites are called penny auction sites (if you are not familiar with them please google the term “penny auction site??). The way it works is that items are auctioned and many people bid on these items. Unlike eBay auctions, these auctions do not end while people keep bidding. If anyone bids before the timer runs out the clock is reset to 20 seconds or so to let others have a chance to win it. The catch is that each bid costs money s the purpose is to only bid at the last second in order to not waste bids. Many bidders bid too early. In some cases the auctions have a bid bot that will automatically bid for the user if they set that up. Usually those bid bots wait until the counter is down to 5 seconds and then they bid. If multiple people have setup bid bots then those bots take turns bidding within the last 5 seconds of the timer running out. The goal for this tool is to wait until the very last second before bidding to avoid wasting bids as only the final bidder will win the item. I already have this tool in the form of a windows application but I would like this in the form of a PHP and MySQL application (so that it can run anywhere and be accessed from anywhere) to store the bid history data and use it for forecasting bidding patterns, competition, etc. This tool needs to support auction tracking and auto bidding for 3 major penny auction sites, one of which is Swoopo (the other two sites will be discussed after a bid is accepted but they function and behave the same way). ## Deliverables | [This bid request includes IMPORTANT additional attached files.
