Build Joomla/Drupal CMS site from .psd

The attached design was completed on 99 [login to view URL] It is a replacement website for acurrentaffair dot co uk. It is 10 pages, including a "portfolio" page of previous events. We have worked very hard to get this design 101% perfect, now we need to turn it into a real site on a CMS system so that the client can add more events and change the content. You are required to: 1. Install Joomla/Drupal on staging server. Yours or ours. 2. Make HTML and css for site 3. Integrate it 4. Animate certain parts in Flash/Jquery etc. 5. Images will be supplied (high quality , big filesize) The client wants a SPECIFIC effect as seen on? <[login to view URL]> This effect is a 3 colour effect Black and white > part colour > full colour. Images shown on every page are required to SLIDE round eg flash or Jquery. Very simple. On every page the image will change round between 3 images. This is very simple to do in jquery. It does not need to be flash, but if you know .swf ***PLEASE SUPPLY SAMPLES OF THE jquery or .swf first, so that the client can assess the quality**** Really , it is not difficult.
