CMS Clone (PHP + MySQL)

I need a coder who is an expert. I need this project done within about 30 days. I will promptly provide the htmls needed, completely coded with the Javascript pieces and XHTML/CSS files. (we wil probably do a little less modules for the website modules) let's discuss the details. You see where the bidding price is, i only will respond to serious inquiries, people with high ratings, an experience at doing CMS, and quite frankly even more to someone who's written this before and would be willing to slightly modify it to sell it to me. OBVIOUSLY from here on out will be a CONTINUOUS relationship to maintain and better the system. I am in a hurry but will wait for the right guy/girl. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
